Went 10-2 in Region 3-4A (2nd). Won three late-February games over Harris County, Starr's Mill and Griffin. In the GHSA 4A playoffs, beat Marist 74-67 in OT, Westminster 62-58 and Ware County 62-31, then lost to St. Pius X 79-63 in the Class 4A semifinals on March 7, 2026 in Athens (Final Four). Ended with a 15-game home winning streak.
Jonesboro won back-to-back GHSA AAAA state championships in 2014 and 2015 under Dan Maehlman. In 2025-26 the Cardinals reached the Class 4A Final Four (lost to St. Pius X). The program has sent several players to college, including Malcolm Simmons (Auburn) and M.J. Walker (Florida State).
